Janet Witte

Janet Witte MD, MPH joined Clinical Trials Network and Institute in 2009. She has been a rater, trainer, and Director for Quality Assurance. Dr. Witte graduated from Emory University School of Medicine and School of Public Health in 2002, and completed residency in Adult Psychiatry at the Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital Adult Psychiatry Program. After residency, Dr. Witte joined the MGH Depression Clinical and Research Program, supported by a Narsad grant and a Dupont Warren fellowship. At the DCRP, she completed research projects in co-morbid depression and alcohol use disorders, and in neural correlates of psychodynamic psychotherapy for depression. Dr. Witte is an Instructor at Harvard Medical School and is on the faculty of the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. She has a private practice in Brookline, MA.
